FAQ
The common questions, without the filler.
These answers cover the current product surface, what the output looks like, and what users should expect before relying on the service for regular workflows.
What kinds of links are supported?
Support depends on the current parser stack and may expand over time. The homepage lists the primary sources currently emphasized by the product experience. Some routes may return direct video output, while others may produce image sets or ZIP packages.
Do files stay available forever?
No. Some results are returned as direct source links, while managed exports such as ZIP packages can expire. When an expiration time is known, the product shows it in the result view.
Does the site keep my history?
The site stores recent successful results in local browser storage so you can reopen them after a refresh. That local history belongs to the browser session on your device and can be cleared from the product interface or browser settings.
Can I use the service for any third-party media?
No. You should only use the service for media you are authorized to access and process. Platform rules, copyright law, contract terms, and local regulations still apply.
What should I do if a link fails?
- Try the original share link again instead of a shortened or redirected copy when possible
- Retry after a short delay for long or media-heavy posts
- Check whether the original content is still available from the source platform
- Use the contact page for policy, support, or rights-related questions
